A Principal Engineer and manager. Loucas has led a wide range of delivery focused multi-disciplinary teams. Loucas was the Vehicles Licensing Scheme manager overseeing the first issue of TfL’s Vehicles Competency Licensing scheme.

A Mechanical Engineer with 20 years of expertise specializing in Design & Engineering, Engineering Management across various stages of product Life cycle in Rolling Stock and Aerospace industries. He has led the development of robust, data driven Asset Management maintenance strategies, with the aim of regulatory compliance, financial optimisation and unaffected reliability Performance.
